Cristiano Ronaldo is a machine.

The Portuguese superstar sensationally swapped Real Madrid for Juventus, completing a reported £100 million transfer to join the Serie A for the new season.

He's enjoyed an extended break following his World Cup excursions but is now with his Juventus teammates.

Ronaldo has been going through his paces, instantly impressing everyone at the club with is intense work ethic. He's training non-stop.

Douglas Costa has never seen anything like it, basically calling the man a freak of nature.

"It is impossible to follow Cristiano Ronaldo in training. When we arrive, he is already training, when we leave he is still training, I have never seen a player like that," he said.

Ronaldo, himself, has said he's got the biological age of a 23-year-old.

And the data recorded from his Juventus medical proves that sentiment.

His physical state has been compared to someone in his early twenties after results in his medical show that he has 7% body fat and an incredible 50% muscle mass, which is significantly better than his fellow professionals of that specific age group.

Not only that but the 33-year-old ran 33.98 km at the World Cup, which was faster than anyone at the tournament.

He just continues to smash records, despite his age.

Before linking up with the Turin side, Real Madrid's coaching staff performed a series of tests on Ronaldo's body and the results indicate that he had the physical condition of a 23-year old, but we're now comparing his results to someone three years younger.

Incredible.

It was reported that the 33-year-old has the fat content of 7%. If you compare this to other footballers, the average is around 10 or 11%, according to a report from Spanish publication AS.

Ronaldo also has a muscle mass of 50%, and again, if you compare it again to other professionals, the usual figure doesn't exceed 46%.

Remarkable numbers for a truly remarkable athlete.
