We've heard it all before but here we are again. There are reports in Portugal that Cristiano Ronaldo is unhappy at Real Madrid and wants out despite just winning a fourth Champions League in five years with Los Blancos.

As per Portuguese newspaper Record, who have the story splashed on their front page, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's decision is "irreversible" and all stems from the fact he hasn't been offered a bumper new contract by president Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.

'CR7' feels as though Perez has broken a promise and is angry and disappointed as a result.

It's a repeat story from just under a year ago where another Portugal outlet, A Bola, claimed that the Real Madrid superstar had made his mind up and wanted out at the Bernabeu.

As was the case then, a return to Manchester United is already been mentioned, as have Paris Saint-Germain. Of course Ronaldo did stay put in the Spanish capital, scoring 44 goals in as many games as Los Blancos became the first side in history to win three Champions Leagues on a trot.

Interestingly, Ronaldo hinted at a possible exit from Real after the Champions League final, saying: "It has been very nice playing at Real Madrid. In the coming days I'll give an answer to my fans, they've always been at my side."

In fact, Spanish outlet MARCA claimed Ronaldo had actually told teammates before the game against Liverpool in Kiev that he was leaving.

It's certainly one that should be taken with a pinch of salt as it could well just be a ploy for Ronaldo to get a better contract than Messi but I guess we'll find out if there's more to it in the coming weeks.
