Cristiano Ronaldo is already breaking records left and centre in Serie A and his numbers so far trump what a number of legends managed to achieve in their first few months in the Italian top tier.
After bagging a brace in the 2-1 win against Sampdoria to close out 2018 yesterday, the Serie A top scorer now sits on 14 goals and five assists in 19 Serie A games.
What's more, he's now the all-time Portuguese top scorer in a single Serie A season, besting the tally of 12 Rui Barros managed for Juventus in the whole of the 1988/89 season.

But undoubtedly the most stat you can pick out when it comes to Ronaldo's contributions in the black and white of Juventus, is the fact that he's well above what so many elite-level players produced in the first period after making the move.
We're talking Zico, Ronaldo Nazario, Andriy Shevchenko, George Weah, Michel Platini, Diego Maradona, Gabriel Batistuta, Zinedine Zidane and more.
Only Zico and Ronaldo come closest with nine but even then they are still five goals short of the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's total at this stage in the season.

Of course there are a number of different factors to consider but the fact that Ronaldo has been so deadly when he's fast approaching 34 is pretty incredible to be honest.
Ronaldo will have been disappointed to not reach 50 goals for the eighth consecutive year on the trot, having finished on 49, but he will surely be very pleased with how he's adapted to life in Turin.
