Antonio Conte has posted to Facebook for the first time in almost a year after leading Chelsea to the Premier League title.
The Blues boss took his side to the Hawthorns last night knowing that a victory over West Brom would see them crowned champions.
And that's exactly what they got as Michy Batshuayi's goal edged a tight game 1-0 in their favour.

There were wild scenes among the players, staff and fans at full-time and, after allowing himself time to recover, Conte has taken to Facebook to share his feelings:

A brilliant statement from Conte - and one that should make Chelsea fans even more delighted after last night's win.
With the title win, they'll now return to the Champions League next season and should strengthen even further this summer now that they're league winners.

There will no doubt be speculation surrounding the future of certain players in Conte's squad, particularly Eden Hazard and Diego Costa, but the future looks very bright for Chelsea.
And now they'll be able to focus solely on beating Arsenal to win the FA Cup at the end of the month.
