The Amazon Prime Video documentary following Sergio Ramos around is set for release on September 13th and now the programme has a name and its first trailer.

'El Corazón de Sergio Ramos' is an original Amazon Prime series and will be an eight episode show, with each episode lasting an hour.

As well as revealing the name of the show, and its release date for later this year, Amazon also dropped the first trailer for the series.

News of the show really hit headlines last season when Ramos had to sit out during Real Madrid's Champions League exit because of suspension.

The then reigning champions of the tournament faced Dutch side Ajax in the last 16 and won the first leg 2-1 in Amsterdam.

Ramos picked up a yellow card in that leg, ruling the Real captain out of the return at the Bernabeu, in order to make sure he was available for the quarter final.

He was then spotted in the second leg being filmed for the documentary in a private box and Ajax came back to win 4-1 and knock the champions out.

Amazon's description of the show claims, "Prime Video was granted exceptionally rare access to Sergio's everyday life and the cameras watch as he navigates his way through a critical time in his career with ever mounting pressure to perform on the pitch.

"Football is unquestionably at the heart of the show, but cameras also follow interactions with his family and friends to capture an intimate side of Sergio that the world seldom sees."

Amazon Prime Video have been getting heavily into their football content in recent years and next season will be showing live Premier League games for the first time.

The streaming service has two full game days live in December, including all the Boxing Day fixtures, and i'll be interesting to see how their first season goes.

What are you most looking forward to seeing in the Ramos documentary?
