There must have been a moment on Monday night when a Liverpool fan somewhere was trying to think of what to call a comeback from 3-0 down against Leicester. Leictanbul perhaps. But what was said on the night of the original?

Of course by now you'll likely know what happened in the Turkish city in May of 2005. Liverpool trailed an incredible AC Milan side 3-0 at half time in the Champions League.

There looked like no hope for Rafa Benitez' Reds but somehow they turned it around scoring three of their own in the second half and eventually winning the match on penalties.

Watch our video on some of Steven Gerrard's most memorable moments:

Captain Steven Gerrard was the catalyst that night. He scored the first goal to kick off the comeback and was at the heart of everything good the Anfield team did.

Former teammate, turned DJ, Djibril Cisse revealed what Gerrard said at half-time that night to inspire the team:

"He said that he is a Liverpool kid.

"It has always been his club, he didn't want to see his club like this, being humiliated. And he said if we scored in the first 15 minutes we would win the game and he's the guy who scored the first goal.

"He gave the best captain's speech I ever heard in my career.

"He asked everyone to leave, including Rafa [Benitez], he just asked to be with the players.

"That's what gave us the power to go and win the game. You need to have some balls to do this."

There can't be many captains who could have inspired their team in such an obvious way, even kicking the manager out of the changing room.

What a player, what a night!
