Most FIFA fans probably don't care about The Journey. However, that hasn't stopped EA Sports from continuing the single-player story on ever since FIFA 17 -- and it looks like the developer is bleeding it into other modes again.
The Journey star Alex Hunter is making his way into FIFA 19's Ultimate Team (via Reddit).
He will be rated at an 82 overall and has 79 pace, 76 dribbling, 78 shooting, 70 passing and 73 physical.
The stats are decent for an early player to pick up for Ultimate Team, especially when he has three-star weak foot and three-star skill moves.
Hunter, unlike other players, hasn't been assigned to a club. Instead, he has the Premier League crest on his card, meaning that he could have perfect chemistry with any player from the same league or nationality.
What's hilarious about his addition to the mode is that he has the exact same stats as his FIFA 18 card, but his overall has been bumped up by four.
The Journey returns with Hunter chasing after the Champions League. Funnily enough, the original plot was that he chose Real Madrid as his next destination and becomes buddy-buddy with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Since the five-time Ballon d'Or winner made the switch to Juventus over the summer, The Journey's story has been shaken up and Hunter is now the replacement for Ronaldo (we laughed at that, too).

It also looks like Hunter's pal Danny Williams and Grandad Jim Hunter are also in the game, and rated 75 and 77 respectively according to Fut Wiz.
