John McGinn's FIFA 19 Likeness Might Be The Worst One Ever

John McGinn's FIFA 19 Likeness Might Be The Worst One Ever

The Aston Villa midfielder is not exactly looking like himself on FIFA 19, and Wilfried Zaha was just annoyed about his haircut...

Over the years graphics on games has got better and better with the improvements on technology to the point that sometimes it's difficult to work out what is real life and what is computer game. That said FIFA 19 has not captured one player well at all.

As a 30 year old my early experiences of football computer games were either Italia 90 on the Sega Mega Drive or Sensible World of Soccer on the Amiga, those were happy times.

They were very good games but that's because nostalgia has very much kicked in. Truth is they were pretty rubbish and one of the reasons is that the matches were played with a bird's eye view.

Things have changed quite a bit since then, first of all things became 3D and matches were played with a proper television angle and everything.

Now the graphics are impeccable and the players have started looking super realistic. However someone's noticed that Aston Villa's John McGinn might not have had the best representation going.

McGinn only moved to Aston Villa in the summer so EA haven't had that long to find out what he looks like, but you know he was paying for Hibs before hand and I'm pretty certain the Scottish Premier League is on the game.

And to think Wilfried Zaha and Jesse Lingard just had issues with their haircuts:

Poor John, Sensible World of Soccer wouldn't have had these problems!
