Club Rips Into EA Sports After Three Errors Are Made In FIFA 18

Club Rips Into EA Sports After Three Errors Are Made In FIFA 18

They are furious with the mishaps...

FIFA 18 was only released worldwide on Friday but one football club have thrown plenty of shade at EA Sports.

FC Helsingør were promoted to the Danish Superliga after finishing third in the Danish first division last season and have therefore earnt the right to appear in FIFA 18 for the first time. As you can imagine, it's all very exciting stuff for everyone involved.

But as they've explained on Twitter, despite a month and half of EA and the Danish minnows communicating about all the key details ahead of their inclusion in FIFA 18, EA got three things wrong - that being the club's crest, the sponsor and the home and away kits being the wrong way around.

While the badge doesn't actually look different to their actual logo, the club say a minor detail is not visible. But the other two mishaps aren't inexcusable on EA's part and they are certainly not happy.

Here's hoping EA make swift amendments.

Meanwhile, in more positive FIFA 18 news, a brand new skill move has been introduced in this year's game.

The five-star skill move, known as 'El Tornado' is like something you would be accustomed to seeing in FIFA street and has never been seen in the game before. It's so rare that out of a database comprising of 2,000-plus players, only four are able to perform the trick.

Both Cristiano Ronaldo and Antoine Griezmann, who pull off the skill in the above trailer, are two of the players, while Roberto Carlos, who blurts out "What the F*ck?!" and spits out his brew when he sees the move in action in the launch commercial, has also been granted the ability to do 'El Tornado' in FIFA 18.

Spurs and England star Dele Alli might not be happy with his rating on FIFA 18, but he is also one of the select few and is in very good company in being 'El Tornado certified'.

The trick is basically a drag-back, flick and volley in rapid time, and appears fairly straightforward to pull off with any of the four aforementioned players.
