Paul Pogba Trolls Arsenal With Cheeky Instagram Post About Thomas Lemar

Did Paul Pogba persuade Thomas Lemar to snub Arsenal on transfer deadline day?

The French ace was subject to an enormous amount of transfer speculation with Arsenal heavily linked with his services. Arsenal tabled several monstrous offers but AS Monaco rebuffed them all.

While Arsene Wenger was monitoring his situation, Liverpool were also keeping tabs on Lemar. And it appeared the 21-year-old had his heart set on a move to Anfield instead of North London.

But while the transfer window was ticking away, Lemar was in action for France as they faced the Netherlands in a World Cup qualifier.

And the midfielder bagged a brace including a perfectly struck volley from outside the box. Also in action was Paul Pogba aka 'Agent P.'

Following the game, the Manchester United star took to social media to upload a cheeky post.

Pogba shared a picture of himself celebrating with Lemar accompanied with an intriguing message. "Happy with yesterday's result, working for the next goal" with the hashtag '#AgentP'
