N'Golo Kante's Reason For Not Wanting A Car Is Peak N'Golo Kante

N'Golo Kante's Reason For Not Wanting A Car Is Peak N'Golo Kante

Can't tell if he's more man or machine.

Perpetual motion has always been thought of as impossible but surely if you just hook N'Golo Kante up to a machine then you'd never run out of energy. That's why his reason for not wanting a car when he first came to England is totally understandable.

At his current rate N'Golo Kante will have won 10 Premier League titles with different 10 Premier League clubs if he retires at the age of 34! Whilst his current rate is likely to end at some point it shows how impressive his start to life in England has been.

Kante covers the world.

In two seasons the previously unknown central midfielder has been a massive driving force behind both Leicester's and Chelsea's Premier League title runs, with a second league medal likely to come next month.

Kante's work rate and ability to seemingly be everywhere has earned him plaudits to the extent that some believe that the earth is 70% covered by water and the rest is covered by the Frenchman.

And, according to the Guardian's Daniel Taylor, he wanted to cover all that distance without the help of a car. The reported revealed that the 26 year old had to be persuaded to buy a car when he first moved to England whilst he thought he would just run to training everyday.

Most players have to be persuaded to run during training but Kante had to be persuaded not to run to training, with teammates instead managing to persuade him to purchase a car.

However the PFA Player of the Year didn't spend his hard earned cash on a flashy motor of any sort. Instead the former Caen player drives around in a Mini Cooper S, typically understated.

I can barely run for the Metrolink in the morning without being out of breath for most of the rest of the journey, never mind the idea of running from my house before doing a couple hours of training.

Clearly Kante violates the first and third laws of thermodynamics, the world's only perpetual motion machine!
