WATCH: Isco Takes The Piss Out Of Tony Adams During Real's Victory Over Granada

"Hey waiter!"

To describe Tony Adams' brief time with Granada as eventful would be one of the understatements of the season, with the former Arsenal captain constantly making headlines for a series of bewildering reasons over the past few weeks since his appointment as the La Liga club's manager.

First of all, the appointment of Adams itself was ever so slightly bizarre, given that his most recent managerial work had come at Azerbaijani outfit Gabala, where he lasted all of 18 months as coach before taking up a Sporting Director's role almost a year later at the club.

Then, there was the suit that he wore during his unveiling as the new Granada boss. It looks like what The Joker would wear on a Summer getaway to Hawaii:

Then, as if that little number wasn't a bold enough move, the former England skipper decided to offer trials to two of the Premier League's most esteemed alumni, Nigel Reo-Coker and Kieran Richardson in a bid to swerve Granada away from the La Liga relegation zone. Because nothing spells 'La Liga survival' like a pair of 32-year-old free agents who have a recent history of having their contracts terminated by various clubs.

And let's not forget THAT training session he put on for, what we can only presume, was an utterly bemused Granada first team.

Here it is, complete with Michael Jackson's 'Beat It':

Despite his contemporary, interpretative dance based training sessions, Adams could not save the Andalusian club from relegation and, to rub salt into the wounds, during a 4-0 defeat against Real Madrid on Saturday evening, the 50-year-old was mocked once again for his sweet, sweet style by 'Los Blancos' midfielder Isco, who couldn't resist poking fun at the two time Premier League winner.

Having taken his jacket off, Adams was left in an ensemble that resembled that of Manuel from Fawlty Towers. It was a fact that was not lost on Isco, who, between fits of laughter, hurled the line "Hey, waiter. A Coca Cola!" at the Granada boss.

Given the size difference between the pair, it's probably for the best that Adams was seemingly oblivious to Isco's taunts.
