Harry Kane has been on form on the pitch, and on Twitter after scooping the Premier League Golden Boot award for the second season in a row.

The England striker won the prestigious accolade at season having netted 25 goals in the Premier League last season, and despite being injured for three months, he has gone up another gear this term, boasting a tally of 29 this time around.

His hat-trick in the 6-1 drubbing inflicted on Hull City on the final day of the season yesterday led to Kane's girlfriend, and the man himself producing the goods on Twitter:

Kane ended the season in stunning fashion with seven goals in his last two games, but bizarrely, it wasn't enough for him to be named in EA Sport's FIFA 17 Team of the Week, even if the team is pretty sacked.

The 23-year old was quick to reply to EA, and point out his recent goal haul:

EA were swift in their response though, letting Kane now that his stunning form hadn't gone unnoticed, as he was handed a Premier League Team of the Season card.

And that caused Kane to change his tune a bit:

What a season the last campaign was for Kane, who would appear to be a good shout if you were to bet on someone to break Alan Shearer's Premier League goal record.
