It's Fair To Say Everyone Thinks Marcos Rojo Should Have Been Sent Off

It's Fair To Say Everyone Thinks Marcos Rojo Should Have Been Sent Off

That is not a good challenge.

Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo was very fortunate not to be sent off in the first 20 minutes of the match against Everton. That's the view of pretty much everyone other than the ref.

You have to wonder if Marcos Rojo was watching the Manchester City vs Chelsea match yesterday, saw Sergio Aguero's challenge, and thought "you call that a bad challenge, I'll show you!"

The defender's countryman was sent off for a horrid lunge on David Luiz late in yesterday's game but early on in today's match attempted a two footed challenge and got nothing but the player.

The centre back was lucky to only pick up a booking with pretty much everyone watching on thinking that it should have been a very early bath:

Michael Oliver's had an absolute shocker there!

Don't worry Jose fans, the United manager will still have some conspiracy to talk about because of Gareth Barry. The Everton midfielder it could also be argued is lucky to stay on the pitch.

The former Manchester City player didn't get booked for a late challenge on Zlatan or a deliberate handball but did eventually get a yellow for a third bookable offence.

Still, it's nowhere near as bad as the Rojo decision, little is!
