Sanchez is desperately trying to work his way back to fitness and force a place in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's plans.
The Chilean forward has found playing time hard to come by at Old Trafford and been a major disappointment since his move from Arsenal in 2018.
Solskjaer insists that Sanchez has a future at Manchester United but is behind in his preparations for the new season.

The Man Utd manager said: "Alexis has come in and trained well.
"He's four or five weeks behind the boys and has not played apart from the one behind closed doors here, so I think he'll see [Lukaku's exit] as an opportunity as well to make his mark.

"I do expect him to stay, there's a striker there who we think is going to be able to score some goals."
Greenwood came off the bench in Manchester United's 4-0 thrashing of Chelsea on Sunday.
The teenage forward is expected to play a part for Solskjaer's first-team squad this season at Old Trafford.
