Gareth Southgate earns millions with side hustle.

Gareth Southgate makes a whopping £2.5 million a year with 'lucrative side hustle', according to a report.

Southgate, who signed a bumper new deal in November 2021, earns around £5 million-per-year as England boss.

But his contract with England isn't his only lucrative deal as he makes millions in a year with a side hustle.

Per The Sun, the 53-year-old has a property company that pockets him £2.5 million of assets in a year.

His firm MAS Investment Holdings deals in the 'buying and selling of real estate'.

According to accounts filed yesterday, its holdings grew from £1.2 million to an impressive £3.7 million in the year ending April 30.

The former Aston Villa and Middlesbrough defender, alongside his wife Alison, owns 11 buy-to-let properties via the firm.

He owns half of the firm while Alison has a ten per cent stake and their children have a 20 per cent stake.

A source said: "Gareth is very astute. He is a meticulous planner and has a keen eye for business."

Southgate's side hustle is a money-spinning ploy as the firm returned a profit of £65,962 in its property dealings in the past year.

The property company isn't his only endeavour outside of football as he also has an image rights firm, FHS Promotions.

Southgate, whose contract with the FA runs until the end of 2024, has taken England to two World Cups, where he reached the semi-finals in 2018 and the quarter-finals in 2022.

He also guided the Three Lions to the final of Euro 2020, losing to Italy on penalties at Wembley Stadium.

Southgate will lead England's Euro 2024 campaign next summer as they are one of the favourites to win the competition.
