Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has been recognised with a 'rare' award that Pep Guardiola has never won.
Arteta has worked wonders at Arsenal since being appointed manager in December 2019, turning a long-underperforming side into regular Premier League title contenders.
The Gunners topped the table for much of last season before ultimately falling short, but this year they go into the final day with a chance of denying Manchester City a fourth successive title.

At the Emirates Stadium Arteta has implemented a style that has made Arsenal one of the best sides to watch in Europe.
In recognition of his work and previous contributions to football, on Wednesday Arteta was bestowed with the Officer's Cross of The Royal Order of Isabella the Catholic.
The award is a Spanish civil order of chivalry and honour and granted to individuals who have provided extraordinary services to Spain or promoted international relations and cooperation with other nations.

The highly selective and rare accolade - introduced in 1815 - is granted by the King of Spain and the Grand Chancellor, the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Surprisingly, given he is one of the most successful managers in history, Pep Guardiola has never received the same honour.
However, in 2010 the Man City boss was awarded the Royal Order of Sports Merit, and order is indented to recognise distinguished service in sports.

Arteta spent three years as Guardiola's assistant coach at City between 2016 and 2019.
Upon received the order at the Spanish Embassy in London with his family, Arteta said: "I am both humbled and honoured to receive The Royal Order of Isabella the Catholic.
"It is a truly wonderful moment to accept this award today at the Embassy of Spain in London, together with so many people who have been inspirational to me during my life.
"This prestigious award bestowed on me is dedicated to all the special people in my life who have shaped my journey so far, helping me through challenges and celebrating the successes together."
