UEFA have complied a 18-man squad of the season but social media has been quick point out that it features just three Liverpool players.
Liverpool had an extraordinary campaign in Europe. The attacking flair of Roberto Firmino, Saido Mane and Mohamed Salah has transformed the Reds into a dominant force.
Jurgen Kopp's men managed to get to the final of the competition, but were then beaten by Real Madrid 3-1 in the final, with star player Salah going off injured after a challenge from Sergio Ramos, and two awful mistakes from Loris Karious sealing Liverpool's fate.
But UEFA have only put three of the Liverpool men on their squad of the season list: Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Firmino. People have been quick to point out that they have missed off the likes of Mane, Andy Robertson, who had a phenomenal campaign, and even James Milner, who had the most assists in the tournament, breaking the record of providing the most in a Champions League campaign.
Obviously the Reds on social media weren't happy with UEFA's choices
Klopp will be hoping to get his side working as hard as they did this campaign next season. There seems to be something really special brewing at Anfield at the moment, with the whole red side of the city getting behind Klopp and his men.
