Chelsea fans have begun to worry their striker curse is already impacting Timo Werner after he missed a sitter on Friday evening.
RB Leipzig forward Werner has reportedly agreed to move to Stamford Bridge in a £53 million deal.

The 24-year-old has been in lethal form for Julian Nagelsmann's side this season and has netted 31 goals in all competitions.
However, he was left one on one with Hoffenheim goalkeeper Oliver Baumann last night and blazed his shot over the bar.
Chelsea's striker curse is well known, with world class forwards such as Andriy Shevchenko and Fernando Torres failing to make their mark in London.

Alvaro Morata was also signed as a big money replacement for Diego Costa in 2017 and failed to make an impact.
Blues fans have begun to hope Werner isn't the latest victim of their curse, while rival fans are loving the prospect already.
Despite Werner's miss, Leipzig still managed to win the game 2-0 thanks to a Dani Olmo double in the first-half.

Leipzig are third in the Bundesliga and are in the draw for the Champions League quarter-finals.
