Paul Pogba receives criticism for his lack of leadership at Manchester United, but this is said without any insight into what goes on in the dressing room.

Now we have a scope into his persona when it comes to important matches.

Pogba is now a World Cup winner. A 4-2 win over Croatia in Moscow saw the 25-year-old take the opportunity to dab with the trophy and call out his critics.

Aside stuttering in the group stages, France were mesmerising throughout the World Cup. They were fluid and rapid in attack. They gave us one of the most entertaining World Cup matches in the group stage - their 4-3 victory over Argentina in the Round of 16 seen as a standout game in this summer's highly-rated tournament.

In what would always be a close game, especially with the likes of Lionel Messi coming up against Les Bleus' solid defence, Pogba ensued his side gave their all, giving this inspirational speech to his teammates before the game.

"I want to see warriors on the field guys," Pogba told his team-mates in a scene from a documentary aired by TF1. "I don't want to go home!

"We will finish happy! I want to party tonight. I want to be dead on the field, all together! I want men, warriors, soldiers.

"Today we will 'kill' them. Messi or no Messi I don't care! We came to win this f*****g World Cup!"

Some Manchester United fans enjoyed it.

Even the likes of Messi didn't deter the French as they ran out winners of the match and became eventual champions of the tournament in Russia.

Anyone who thinks Pogba lacks leadership qualities ought to think twice. We're looking at you, Graeme Souness.
