José Mourinho has had a tough time with Manchester United's backline this season and could potentially look to fix those problems when the January transfer window opens.
However, the former Chelsea boss is already experiencing a tough time after news emerged that United have reportedly had a massive bid rejected for one of Inter Milan's stars.

And no, it's not for the in-form Mauro Icardi.
The Italian club have turned down an offer of €75m for Milan Škriniar, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Football Italia).
Inter bought the 23-year-old centre-back from Sampdoria in a deal worth €20 million, making him the most expensive Slovakian player of all time.
Škriniar penned a five-year deal that keeps him at the San Siro until 2022, but the club are already in talks for a contract extension with their highly rated defender.

The Red Devils have already made a move for Atlético Madrid's Lucas Hernández earlier this month, while Chelsea are keen to sign Icardi in the January transfer window.
In fact, former England manager Fabio Capello believes that Real Madrid should make a move for the 25-year-old Argentine striker.
"I am a fan of Icardi, I like him," he said.
"Real Madrid should make him their priority to be signed, because he is the most similar player to Cristiano Ronaldo and is deadly in the penalty box.
"He is the player Ronaldo has been in recent years and Icardi is someone who has that movement and feel for the goal."
