Following England's exit at the hands of Croatia in the World Cup semi-final, online users have started to taking shots at the 'it's coming home' sensation that seemed to take over the nation for a period.
'It's coming home' became a famous mantra among supporters when England cruised through to the semi-finals of the World Cup, after surprising everyone with brilliant play under seemingly reformed manager Gareth Southgate.
Southgate instilled believe and hope into a country who were apathetic to their national side. But even though lines such as 'it's coming home' will be the source of fun for many, England had a superb campaign in the World Cup - and they've made a fantastic summer for the whole nation because of it.
