England have been knocked out of the World Cup after Ivan Perisic and Mario Mandžukić's goals denied the opener from Kerian Trippier.
Kieran Trippier opened the scoring with a brilliant free-kick into the top-corner inside five minutes - and then England dominated in the first half, with Harry Kane having the pick of the chances: one on one with Danijel Subašić, the Spurs striker aimed his initial shot at the keeper and then hit the post with the follow-up.
Croatia then found their feet and Ivan Perišić equalised with a flicked strike from close range.
It was edge of your seat stuff and England were on the back foot. It went into extra-time and Gareth Southgate replaced Ashley Young with Danny Rose on the flank.

The end of the first half of extra time saw Jordan Pickford make one of the saves of tournament Mario Mandžukić . But then everything went to waste when Mandžukić in the second half of injury time.
Croatia will now face France in the final of the World Cup at Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow, on the 15th July.
