Chelsea Set To Beat Liverpool To Win Signature Of Bundesliga Star

Liverpool are having one of their greatest ever transfer windows - with manager Jurgen Klopp bringing in an abundance of talent to the squad, building on what already was a superb outfit.

The Reds made it to the Champions League final last season, losing only to the terrible performance of Loris Karius, who let in two howlers to award Real Madrid the win. The La Liga giants ran out 3-1 winners in Kiev, Ukraine, their fourth European title in five years, a truly stunning record.

But the Merseyside club have licked their wounds and decided to splash the cash this window.

Most of their targets, aside from Nabir Fekir, have made their way to Anfield this summer, but it appears that the pull of positivity isn't encouraging all their targets to join up.

The Reds are set to miss out of Christian Pulisic. The Secret Footballer, despite the links of the young winger to Liverpool, is reporting that the Borussia Dortmund player is on his way to Chelsea.

Liverpool have signed Xherdan Shaqriri from Stoke City and the attacker has already made an immediate impact, scoring an outrageous overhead kick against Manchester United. With this in mind, could it be that Pulisic is opting to join Chelsea in search of more game-time?

But does this mean that Eden Hazard will be moving on if Pulisic does end up making the move to Stamford Bridge?
