Someone's Made A Video Of Every Time Jurgen Klopp's Blamed The Weather

The Liverpool manager has blamed the wind, the rain and the snow for his team not being able to get the right result.

Jurgen Klopp has done wonders with Liverpool but in recent months the German has been ridiculed for some of his excuses when the Reds have failed to win, now they've been put into one handy video.

Whether Liverpool win the league or not this season has to be seen as an achievement for Jurgen Klopp and his team.

On only three previous occasions have the Reds managed to finish second in the Premier League era and last season they were 25 points behind Pep Guardiola's record breaking Manchester City side. No matter what happens between now and May the gap will be a lot closer.

Not that long ago saying 'no matter what happens...' might have just been seen as covering your own back as Liverpool looked to stretch their lead over City to seven points.

In recent weeks though the Anfield side have slipped back and now, with both sides having played the same number of games, City are one point clear with nine games to go.

That's after Liverpool drew the Merseyside derby against 0-0 at the weekend, just a week after the same scoreline against Manchester United, not for the first time Klopp didn't blame his players but the weather.

During his post match interview the former Borussia Dortmund manager said it was the wind's fault and one video shows it's not the first time:

Liverpool shaded the game against Everton on Sunday but couldn't convert any of their chances and the Toffees had their own chances to win the second game in the second half.

The wind was 'obviously' to blame and it was at it in January 2017 against Southampton as well. A lack of rain and a dry pitch was at fault against West Brom in April 2018 and the Saints in May 2017.

Of course in January of this year the draw against Leicester, which stopped the Reds going seven points clear, wasn't won because of the snow.

It's not just weather that's to blame for the five time Champions League winners failing to win games recently. After the game against United the 51 year old blamed the injuries to the opposition for ruining the flow of the game.

What's the best excuse you've had for not winning a match?
