Koke Will Be Fed Up Of Cristiano Ronaldo Scoring Hat-tricks

Atletico Madrid players and fans alike will be glad that they don't see much of Cristiano Ronaldo these days but one player in particular will certainly be in no rush to play against him again.

On Tuesday night Cristiano Ronaldo did what Cristiano Ronaldo does best, score goals in the Champions League. When it comes to that skill there is no one close to him, not even Lionel Messi.

Juventus needed to see the best of their record transfer signing on Tuesday. In the first leg, three weeks ago, the Italians were out played in Spain with Atletico Madrid coming away with a 2-0 win and making the Old Lady's chances of qualifying for the quarter final looking slim.

Knowing how well Atleti can defend made it an even more difficult task but when Ronaldo gets in the mood nothing is too difficult for the five time Ballon d'Or winner.

On Tuesday he was on a one man mission to get Juve into the quarters and his two headed goals and an 86th penalty were enough to take them through.

Whilst the forward helped Real Madrid beat Atleti in two finals there is one player from Diego Simeone's side who will be extra glad to see the back of him and that's Koke.

In 2017 Ronaldo scored three as Real beat their city rivals 3-0 in the first leg of the semi final in the Champions League. Simeone's men did win the second leg but it wasn't enough to over turn Ronaldo's first leg hat-trick.

Just over a year later and the former Sporting winger's triple saw Portugal rescue a point against Iberian neighbours Spain in the World Cup group game, with Ronaldo completing his goal scoring with a last minute free kick.

Finally last night the 34 year old put to bed any thoughts Atleti had of finally making a Champions League final that won't include Real.

Never before has one man had such a hoodoo over another and over an opposition team as Ronaldo has over Koke and Atletico Madrid.
