This Super Agent XI Game Needs To Happen

Jorge Mendes and Mino Raiola must be the two biggest names in football who have not been on the pitch or in the technical area. The pair are the super agents behind most of the world's biggest transfers but whose team would win in a match?

Recent figures showed the clubs in England paid £220 million from February 2016 to January 2017 to agents in regards to transfer dealings. That was up 38 percent on the previous year!

Championship clubs alone spent £42.4m on agents which was an increase in 62 percent! Those figures and the fees being paid to agents are often criticised and seen as a drain on the money in football.

Mendes and Raiola are the two biggest names in the game when it comes to agents and they're as influential as anyone when it comes to transfers, probably more so than most managers.

So who has got the best clients?

In the corner to my left, with a front two of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Romelu Lukaku, coming from Nocera Inferiore, Italy it's Mino Raiola and in the corner to my right trying to work out how to fax David de Gea's transfer to Real Madrid, from Lisbon, Portugal it's Jorge Mendes!

To be honest those two teams are bloody good but they're definitely lacking in defence. Mednes certainly has the upper hand in the defensive third though with Otamendi and Garay solid for the most part.

However the pair have arguably the two most wanted goalkeepers in Manchester United's David de Gea, endlessly being chased by Real and AC Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma who could go for a huge fee if the teenager decides to leave the San Siro.

The midfield and strike forces on both sides suggests it would be close but the back four gives the Portuguese agent the win for us!

It was reported that Raiola made £41 million for the sale of Paul Pogba to United so neither of these two is actually losing are they?
