Back in 2011, Anthony Joshua was silenced by amateur Mihai Nistor.

It was, and still is, the biggest victory of his career, but what happened to the talented Romanian? It has been a very different journey for both fighters.

As we all know, Anthony Joshua has gone onto become a big time fighter, earning a reported £10million for his upcoming fight against Wladimir Klitschko.

Nister, on the other hand is still an amateur in his native Romania, earning £1,200 per month and living in a modest Bucharest apartment he shares with his younger brother.

If you take a look at the footage below, you can see how far Joshua has come since that day in 2011.

In an interview with the BBC, Nister recalls the day he defeated the current heavyweight champion - "It was a special day,"

"My trainer said: 'Don't worry, Joshua is big but he'll go down quickly if you punch him correctly.' I didn't know who he was or what he was going to become... He was a good boxer, he was moving all the time and he had a strong punch."

"I beat him in 2011 and in 2012 he was an Olympic champion,"

How times have changed.

Anthony Joshua has the fight of his life on April 29th when he takes on Wladimir Klitschko at Wembley.

Joshua's IBF title is on the line, while the vacant WBA super heavyweight and IBO heavyweight titles are also up for grabs.

Even for someone who has been so dominant and has knocked out 18 people in his professional career to date, stepping in the ring with the veteran Klitschko is undoubtedly his biggest test to date.

But he looks ready.
