Fight fans - we're in for a treat as December is filled with some mouth-watering clashes from both the boxing and MMA world.

Of course, this weekend sees Tyson Fury challenge Deontay Wilder for the WBC heavyweight world title.

The self-proclaimed 'Gypsy King' has been on the comeback trail following his hiatus from the sport. He's recorded two victories since returning to the ring and now gunning for gold in the shape of Wilder's WBC belt.

That's not the only tasty heavyweight contest in December.

Dillian Whyte and Dereck Chisora rematch in London following their instant classic in Manchester back in 2016.

The pair of heavyweights traded leather in a hellacious back-and-forth bout with Whyte scraping a decision victory.

They meet again with a potential shot at Anthony Joshua on the cards.

On the same night, Josh Warrington takes on Carl Frampton for featherweight supremacy.

The Leeds hero faces the Belfast fighter in the Manchester Arena with the IBF title on the line.

If that wasn't enough, the biggest star in the sport returns.

Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez makes the move to middleweight, tangles with Liverpool's Rocky Fielding for the WBA world middleweight title at the iconic Madison Square Garden.

There's plenty happening in UFC, too.

UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway makes the second defence of his title against top contender Brian Ortega.

Then, a few weeks later, just before New Years Eve, Jon Jones returns to the famed Octagon.

He fights Alexander Gustafsson for the second time in Las Vegas, Nevada, at UFC 232.

Who could forget their first meeting?!

Jones and Gustafsson went to war and put on the greatest light-heavyweight title fight in UFC history.

December 8th - Lomachenko vs. Pedraza
