That looks painful. But not painful enough for current heavyweight kingpin Anthony Joshua, who has performed the exact exercise in his training leading up to his fight against Alexander Povetkin.
Joshua is hellbent on making his neck rock solid.
So, he's doing the good-old 'front neck bridge' made famous by the American boxing legend.
The workout consists of rocking your neck back-and-forth which strengthens the muscles.

Joshua wants to build his neck strength ahead of defending his WBA (super), IBF, WBO heavyweight world titles at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night.
The 28-year-old is aware of what Povetkin brings to the table.

"Povetkin has a lot of attributes and a lot of power, he has a few KOs on his record so I will have to keep on landing my punches," he said.
"He has a lot in his locker and I will need to shut him down early. Defend and counter is the key I think as that kind of shuts opponents down so I have just got to try and beat the fight out of him."
Joshua will be seeking to keep his perfect record in tact. He's recorded 21 victories from 21 fights including 20 finishes.
