It's a busy weekend in the world of boxing with British titles, final eliminators and world honours all on the line here at home and across the pond.

A plethora of top names are involved in huge fights this weekend, and you've come to the right to place for your comprehensive boxing guide.

Here's TheSPORTbible's rundown of this weekend's action:

Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale

When: Saturday 25th June

Where: Sky Sports Box Office

Joshua makes his maiden defence of his IBF crown taking on Breazeale. The American boasts an impressive unbeaten record, though is coming off a couple of shaky performances. Joshua has 16 pro-wins all coming by way of knockout displaying his punching power and incredible hand speed.

Breazeale transitioned to boxing after a career in American football as a coveted quarter-back before giving the sweet science his full priority.

Myself, as well as the most boxing fans, have Joshua blitzing Breazeale, who went down in his last fight showing his defensive frailties which no doubt the Briton will eventually find, but this sport is too prone to producing shocks especially with men weighing in excess of 16 stones.

Despite claiming the world title, the Olympic gold medallist is still a prospect learning the professional trade with a lot to prove until he gets in there with a serious threat.

George Groves vs. Martin Murray

When: Saturday 25th June

Where: Sky Sports Box Office

A genuine 50-50 match-up as two long-time perennial contenders put their careers on the line. Following their unsuccessful attempts at world glory, the pair will face off as they bid for yet another shot at world glory; billed as an official WBA super-middleweight final eliminator.

Sharing a combined 0-7 in world title bouts doesn't tell the whole story. Sure, Gennady Golovkin thoroughly beat Murray while Froch flattened Groves in front of 80,000 people at Wembley - not like he mentions it. But in amidst those defeats are some narrowly close defeats which you can notch up to either home-town decisions or questionable officiating.

The evenly contested fight will ultimately come down to who's better equipped heading into the later rounds.

Will Groves' jab prove to be too much? Is Murray's superior inside fighting going to get the job done?

Arguably the best fight on the card.

Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Tom Doran

When: Saturday 25th June

Where: Sky Sports Box Office

'Canelo' vs. 'GGG' have apparently agreed to a 2017 clash, and in the meantime both fighters will feature in interim bouts, so paving the way for a potential meet between the feared Kazakh middleweight and Eubank Jr. Firstly, and more importantly, he has Tom Doran in his sights as he defends the prestigious British middleweight title.

Doran's last outing was a humdinger. A short-lived back-and-forth fight with Luke Keeler. After being dropped in the first he came back eventually getting the stoppage victory.

But Eubank Jr's. speed, power and skill should be more than enough for the overmatched Doran.

Conor Benn vs. Lukas Radic

When: Saturday 25th June

Where: Sky Sports Box Office

Chris Eubank Sr. isn't the only famous father who has his child gracing this card, as Nigel Benn's son, Conor, is also set to feature. The return of two of UK pugilism's best-known names have the UK boxing scene buzzing. Unlike Eubank Jr., Benn is still relatively green though demonstrated his early potential.

The budding superstar's fighting style is still being forged while he refines his tools, yet early sign indicates the hallmarks of his legendary father with his aggressive nature.

On Saturday night, he enters his third outing as he embarks on following his father's footsteps.

Keith Thurman vs. Shawn Porter

When: Sunday 26th June

Where: Sky Sports 1

After the bumper Matchroom bill, across the pond two of the premier welterweights square off to claim 147lbs supremacy.

One of the most high-profile fights of the year was delayed after Thurman withdrew from their original meeting back in March through injury. The two will finally square off in what will be an intriguing contest with Thurman's boxer-puncher style versus Porter's busy, high-volume attack, the contrasting strategies should marry nicely forming a compelling fight.

The winner will likely claim themselves as the new leader of the welterweight division, that title vacant after Floyd Mayweather's supposed retirement.
